We provide automatic cutting services for various production volumes and the variety of materials and raw materials used.
The use of a high-quality spreading machine additionally improves the production preparation process.
The cutter automatically cuts the finished workpiece with the highest precision and guarantees perfect repeatability of the shape of the elements in each layer.
It enables high-efficiency cutting of many types of knitted and woven fabrics, as well as technical, synthetic and coated materials, etc.
We have a cutter with the highest global cutting technology from the Italian company Orox, the InvenCUT series.
We provide services using the most technologically advanced machines in the world:
– multi-needle chain quilting machines, including the Mammut VMK 250 CNC,
– Mammut MPS 250 edging machine,
– double-head frame quilting machines
The Mammut VMK 250 CNC multi-needle-double chain quilting machine enables the use of any quilting patterns through computer control. It also includes a module for creating quilting templates with graphical pattern simulation. This gives you the opportunity to select the seam length and stitching type, generate patterns from subroutines with rotation, reflection, increase and decrease options, and quickly and easily correct or change an existing quilting pattern to another one.
Basic parameters of the quilting machine:
– width of quilting material up to 2.7 m,
– 3 rows of needles, distance between rows 2×75 mm,
– 96 sewing units.
Produced so-called quilting (e.g. fabric + wadding + fleece) is sewn and cut in the production line on the Mammut MPS 250 device by a two-needle chain stitch, and across the device it is sewn by a four-needle sewing machine.
– Cutter OROX – maximum height of the cut system after subjecting it to a vacuum of 60 mm, maximum width of the system 2300 mm, if necessary, cooling the blade with compressed air up to 3 degrees C. Possibility of placing markings on cut elements in the form of notches or drills.
We have specialized sewing machines: single-needle sewing machines with a trimmer and double-needle sewing machines and overlockers, supervised by mechanics. We attach great importance to precise sewing of each order. each order is carried out with the utmost care.
